How we work with your data 

We are a company Ing. Jiří Marján, Ph.D., ID no.: 04470036, based at Smetanova 814, 293 01 Mladá Boleslav, Czech republic. Registered with the Municipality of Mladá Boleslav (Czech republic) under the number 320740.

We run an e-shop on the website www.repello.eu. For the sale of goods and operation of our website we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the abolition of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")

I. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

A, PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN USING THE CONTACT FORM

If you ask for our products, we will work with the contact details you provide us, mainly via the contact form. These are: your name and surname, email address and information about the goods you are interested in.     

What is the reason? We will contact you through them to further discuss the goods.

On what legal basis? This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - negotiating a contract or performing pre-contractual actions at your request.

 How long will we process the personal data? If we do not set up further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 week from our last communication.

B, PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE CASE OF PURCHASE 

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number. 

For what reason? We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact details regarding the progress of your order, or regarding any complaints or questions you may have.

 We will also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints and other matters).

On what legal basis do we process personal data? The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our legal obligation.

How long will we process the personal data? For the duration of the performance of our service and then for 10 years from the delivery of the goods.

C, NEWSLETTERS (COMMERCIAL MESSAGES)

If you are a purchasing customer and you didn't prohibit us when you made your purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter.

On what legal basis? Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information company services, allows us to do so, if you didn't prohibit us when you made your purchase.

How long will we process personal data? 10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via email or contact us at: hello@repello.eu.

II. WHO CAN GET ACCESS TO THE DATA?

Your data will stay with us. However, there are some companies or other persons who work for us who get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

  • The operator of the e-shop platform Upgates (company EVici webdesign s.r.o., with registered office Petra Bezruče 139, 747 91 Štítina, Czech Republic, ID 28598661).
  • Company for shipping of goods (PPL CZ s.r.o., with registered office at K Borovému 99, Jažlovice, 251 01, Říčany, Czech Republic, ID No. 25194798).
  • Accounting company (Účetní servis MB s.r.o., with registered office at Jičínská 1073, 293 01 Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic, ID No. 05479754).

We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.

III. WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW 

We do not have a designated data protection officer. Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

V. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask for information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to that data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data we process, to request that we delete your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases to have it transmitted. You can also oppose processing on the legitimate interest principle.

If you do not think we are processing your data correctly, you have the right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Authority or take your claims to court.
